Delving into Inspiration!

Hey everyone, Geo here with another amazing post!

Today we talk about BIG factors in our opening!!!

(that's exciting if you weren't caught up)

In my group there are 3 members, me, and 2 others. (obviously)

Today, we were all supposed to meet up and watch movies so we could find inspiration for our own opening, I unfortunately, due to different situations and time constraints, was unable to make it.

(It's ok though, we're still friends!!)

Speaking of time constraints, I'd like to address a absence of mine that will be coming up in the next week.

Next week, I'll be traveling to Nashville, Tennessee, to compete in a television production competition, so unfortunately, I will be absent from posting from Tuesday through Sunday of next week.

Don't worry though! Its not all bad, I have taken the time to write and schedule 3 more postings for next week, just because I care about you guys so much and I wouldn't want to leave you in the dark.

Anyways, I just felt that I owed it to you to know that next week I won't be here for my die-hard fans.

(I know you're out there, somewhere)

Back to the main topic though:

Inspiration

I know I talked about it in my first blog post, hopefully if you're reading this you've read that. if you haven't I recommend you start at the beginning, but anyways, long story short, I couldn't make it to the meet, so instead I'll talk about a movie that I think WOULD actually be good to delve into how they work and why and use it in our piece.

Here it is:

Lakeview Terrace, by Director Neil LaBute, in it , a couple moves to a new home and next to them, their neighbor is a police officer.

Its actually a very deceiving plot because usually you would think that safety would ensue by moving/ living next to an officer, but it quickly changes, as he is corrupt and abuses his power to torture them by outside influences, I think it would be good to think about this movie in our production because it can help us have the mindset that not everyone is above the law but they might think they are because they hold a very high law position.

I'll keep you guys posted on what I find than can help us be more invested in the story and characters, See you guys soon!!

Just do what I would do, and that's believe in you!
